Daisy... little mama-to-be

Well... it has been a long time since I have pposted anything... boy does time just get away from me! The biggest change is that Daisy is about to be a little mama! We had a friends bring over their miniature Schnauzer male the weekend after Thanksgiving to get the two hooked up. Now we are counting down the days to the arrival of her 1st litter. For the longest time we weren't sure if she was pregnant because she wasn't changing much..... then, a little over 2 weeks ago there was no longer any question. She has been putting on the weight and getting wider at a rapid pace! Today I am even having to remove her sweater because it is getting too tight around her middle! We are preparing for the arrival of the puppies. Daisy should be a new mama anytime from the 17th - 24th of January. I am hoping it is after this weekend since I have a Girl Scout outing this weekend and would rather not leave her alone with Terry!
